Under supervision of the Medical Director, the Charge Nurse is responsible for attaining and maintaining optimum and qualitative level of nursing coverage for all programs, dispensing and medical operations. Responsible for supervision, encouragement and motivation of nurses and interns and coordination with other departments and external stakeholders.
Job Overview:
The Nurse Practitioner at Concerted Care Group and all its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") under the general supervision, responsible for diagnosing and treating patients in collaboration with physician colleagues. Provide continuity of patient care by facilitating and coordinating communication between the health care team, patient, and patient’s family. Coordinate care to ensure quality, cost effective care; appropriate length of stay; and patient safety. Serves as a link integrating relevant research and best practices.
