Responsibilities

 

  • Start Date Immediately
  • 1st Shift / M-F / 7AM - 3PM OR 8AM - 4PM (Flexible)
  • Provides case management services which support a positive treatment outcome
  • Serves as therapist in IOP and continued care groups, as well as provide individual therapy as needed for SUD and/or mental health disorders
  • Organizes and makes educational presentations related to behavioral health and recovery
  • Develop patient-centered treatment plans based on results from the screening tools and bio psychosocial assessment
  • Collaborates with medical staff and treatment team as a whole 
  • Consults with family members and referral sources in order to coordinate patient care
  • Ensures adequate case management services are identified and addressed
  • Responsible for maintaining electronic health records which include documentation of treatment activity and progress
  • Ensures that patient records are accurate, comprehensive and meets regulatory standards
  • Working 5am to 1pm/6am to 2pm

Qualifications

Therapist I (Outpatient treatment)  

  • Must hold one of the following types of licenses in the state in which services will be provided:
    1. LMSW: Licensed Master Social Worker
    2. LGSW: Licensed Graduate Social Worker
    3. LGPC: Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor
    4. LGADC: Licensed Graduate Alcohol and Drug Counselor
  • A minimum of three years of supervised counseling experience
  • Strong administrative, verbal, and written communication skills

Therapist II (Outpatient treatment) 

  • Must hold one of the following types of licenses in the state in which services will be provided: 
    1. LCPC: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
    2. LCSW-C: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Certified
    3. LICSW: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
    4. LPC: Licensed Professional Counselor
    5. LSATP: Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner
    6. LCADC: Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor
  • A minimum of three years of supervised counseling experience
  • Strong administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
SUD Counselor
  • ADT: Alcohol and Drug Trainee 
  • CAC-AD: Certified Associate Alcohol and Drug Counselor 
  • CAC-I: Certified Addictions Counselor I 
  • CAC-II: Certified Addictions Counselor II 
  • CSAC: Certified Substance Abuse Counselor 
  • CSC-AD: Supervised Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: If disclosed that the staff is in recovery from alcohol and drug dependency a minimum of five years of continuous sobriety is required.
