What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Territory Manager for the Philadelphia region, you will be the face of Kolmac, responsible for driving referral growth, expanding our footprint, and building long-term relationships with key partners in the behavioral health and addiction treatment space.

Your mission: connect patients to life-changing treatment by fostering relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the Go-To Resource – Serve as a compassionate liaison for patients, families, and referral sources looking for treatment options.
• Expand Our Reach – Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase access to care and drive census growth.
• Build & Maintain Relationships – Partner with hospitals, treatment centers, medical professionals, and community organizations to expand awareness of Kolmac’s services.
• Present & Educate – Lead impactful presentations that showcase Kolmac’s programs, ensuring referral sources understand how we can help.
• Represent & Advocate – Attend industry trade shows, marketing meetings, health fairs, and community events to position Kolmac as a leader in addiction and mental health treatment.
• Drive Growth with Data – Use analytics to assess regional trends, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies.
• Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with our marketing and business development teams to optimize outreach efforts.

What You Bring

• Business Development Expertise – Experience in sales, outreach, or referral relationship management with a strong track record of growing a territory.
• Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills – You know how to connect with people, build trust, and close deals.
• A Growth Mindset – You’re adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• A Love for the Field – This role requires 70% travel to meet with referral sources and attend key industry events.
• Technology Know-How – Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools is a plus!

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare business development
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Understanding of managed care systems, reimbursement models, and referral pipelines
