As a Mental Health Therapist at Kolmac, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative outpatient, and intensive outpatient settings. 

Clinical Responsibilities Include: 

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in OP and IOP levels of care 

• Work in person at our Bryn Mawr, PA location from 12:30-8:30 PM with a flexible one-day option to work from home dependent on patient needs 

• Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans 

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations 

• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment 

• Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness 

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care 

• Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning 

• Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate 

• Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from IOP, OP 

• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely  

• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment 

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field 

• Active independent licensure: 

  • PA/VA: LPC, LCSW, LMFT  

• Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care 
  EMDR experience is highly preferred 

• Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
