  General Summary The Lead House Manager is a live-in position that oversees the operations and the daily management of residents living in a sober and supportive residential setting that is part of a comprehensive treatment program at Concerted Care Group (CCG) – Brooklyn, Maryland.  The Lead House Managers supervises the House Management Staff as is responsible for assuring that the facility is appropriately staffed, is operational, has needed supplies and maintains a clean and safe environment.  The Lead House Manager works directly under the supervision of the Lead IOP Counselor and is part of a team of counselors, therapists, nurses and medical practitioners that provide integrated care within a comprehensive Intensive Outpatient Program.
